The second bedroom has a full size bed. The third bedroom just has a crib now, but we have a blow up queen sized matress that fits well in there and can sleep 1-2.
Two big couches down stairs can also sleep more, as well as plenty of floor space. We have a formal dining room with a big family dining table, as well as a breakfast nook and a good sized kitchen. Plus a lovely porch swing in the front.
We are super close to a big natural foods store, yummy restuarants, a big park, and hiking trails.
BART is a 10 minute drive, and a direct bus to San Francisco stops 50 feet from our house.

Only water and trash is included in the monthly rent. Electricity, gas, internet and phone bill we have to pay for ourselves which comes out to approx. $30 a person (probably more during winter times due to heating). Coin-operated laundry machines are available on the bottom floor. There is an elevator in the building (though it's kinda ghetto). Parking for a fee (subject to availability) is also available as well as street parking right outside of the apartment complex.
I prefer a student who can stay until the end of Spring'09 or later (or is at least willing to pay rent until the end of May). I also prefer someone who is relatively quiet and doesn't bring over big parties, maybe someone who is from around here or gone parts of the time, so that I can have the apartment all to myself ^_^ but of course, I can't be too picky about that. sarah and i are 20 years old, and artists.. so ya gotta be down with those things. house is 420 friendly. you can smoke all the cigarettes in the world you want, but only outside! we don't have any pets, but our upstairs neighbors have a ridiculously adorable bulldog who lives in the back yard we share with them. we aren't crazy party people, but we do enjoy our weekends. things are pretty mild during the week while school is in. a family with young kids lives above us, too, so you have to be respectful of that late at night.. common sense stuff for living in a shared space. as for you, all you gotta be is chill, nice, not too insanely slovenly..
the house is really great... it's located 2 blocks from macarthur bart, on a side street. each person has their own big bedroom, there is one bathroom, a living room, AND an extra room which we use as an art studio, but while i'm gone, you can use your side of it for whatever your heart desires. we also have a full kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a back yard with barbecue artillery! $600 a month is a gooood deal for this spot, with water and garbage included. we pay PG+E and comcast on top of that.
oh, and sarah's pretty great, herself! so whoever takes over my spot should know they are in for a wonderful roommate. she is nice as hell, and funny, she's a bomb painter.. and a cook, too! :)
